Our Shipping Policy

At Goof’d, we're all about delivering your goods to you, as quickly as possible! We want your shopping experience to be a breeze, so we offer the following shipping options:


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

We offer two options in the shipping process; 'home delivery' and ‘click and collect’.

  • If you choose the 'home delivery' option - and have ordered from any main city in South Africa, you can expect your product(s) to be at your doorstep between 2 and 3 working days. If you have ordered from any other ‘regional’ areas within South Africa, your product(s) will arrive between 3 and 5 days.
  • If, however, you choose the ‘click and collect’ option, you can expect your goods to arrive at your chosen collection point within 3 business days from the day that our courier collects your parcel. Add an additional 2 days for delivery to outlying areas. 
  • * Please note, when you choose 'click and collect', you will only be able to choose your preferred collection point AFTER your payment has been processed.

 

Processing Times:

We'll get your order processed and shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed, so you can start enjoying your goof’d goods as soon as possible.
Sometimes, unexpected hiccups like product availability or special promotions might affect processing times, but we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Due to increased load shedding, our processing times have become more impacted, so please bear with us. However, we will communicate with you should your order be directly impacted.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within South Africa, but we're working on crossing the borders in the near future!

 

Shipping Carriers:

We work with the best Couriers in the business to make sure your package gets to you safe and sound. We have partnered with the trusted Pargo to take care of our deliveries. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package goes missing or arrives a little worse off than anticipated, don't stress! Just give us a holler (hello@goofd.co) and we'll work with the shipping carrier to sort it out.
Please keep in mind that once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any mishaps along the way.
